The mediating role of emotion regulation difficulties and experiential avoidance in the relationship between defense mechanisms and suicidal ideation in adolescents

چکیده
هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش واسطه‌ای اجتناب تجربی و دشواری‌های تنظیم هیجان در رابطه بین سازوکارهای دفاعی با افکار خودکشی نوجوانان بود. روش: از نوع توصیفی- همبستگی جامعه آماری این شامل تمام شهر کرج پاییز سال 1398 بود که میان آنها به روش نمونه گیری دسترس مناطق آموزشی 3 7، 270 نوجوان 15 تا 18 (125 پسر 143 دختر) انتخاب شدند. ابزار پرسشنامه دفاعی-40 آندروز همکاران (۱۹93) (DSQ-40)؛ دشواری گراتز روئمر (2004) (ERDS)؛ چندبعدی (2011) (MEAQ) مقیاس شناخت‌های رود (2010) (SCS) برای تحلیل داده‌ها مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته‌ها: مستقیم پخته (348/0-=β، 001/0=P) ناپخته (440/0-=β، معنادار (224/0-=β، 001/0=P). (439/0=β، غیرمستقیم (295/0-=β، (314/0=β، نتیجه‌گیری: براساس نتایج حاصل پیشنهاد می‌شود درمان خودکشی‌گرا دفاعی، راهبردهای آنها مدنظر قرار گیرد.
